Built for the people who actually run care
Care happens across binders, spreadsheets, sign-in sheets, and a separate billing system. We think the people doing that work deserve software that connects it — and speaks their language.
One record, for the whole continuum of care
BTBCare is a care-management software platform built for the people who actually run care, across the five settings that define community and home-based care in California: adult day (CBAS/ADHC), PACE, Enhanced Care Management, assisted living, and home health. Instead of stitching together a binder for the plan of care, a spreadsheet for assessments, a sign-in sheet for attendance, and a separate billing system, BTBCare connects the plan, the interdisciplinary team, attendance, medications, transportation, and claims on one shared participant record. It speaks the real vocabulary of each setting — the DHCS-0020 IPC, the IDT/MDT conference, units of service, EDI 837 claims, treatment authorizations, and assessment cadences — so the work clinicians already do becomes documentation that holds up to survey and revenue that comes in clean. The promise is simple and honest: less time fighting your software, more time with the people in your care.
BTBCare grew out of the realities of running care operations — adult day, PACE, ECM, assisted living, and home health — not from a slide deck. It was shaped alongside the floor: the RNs and social workers chasing signatures, the billers reworking denied claims, the administrators bracing for survey. The goal has never changed: less time fighting your software, more time with the people in your care.
The principles behind the product
Specific over generic
We name the DHCS-0020, the IDT/MDT conference, units of service, and the 837 the way your team does. Specificity is how software earns a clinician’s trust.
Compliance as relief
Survey readiness and audit trails are about respecting your team’s time — calm and in order, never a scare tactic or a certification flex.
Warm about people
Participants, residents, members, and families are people, not “users.” The warmest part of the product is the part that brings families into the day.
Honest, no hype
No invented statistics, no borrowed logos, no “AI-powered” badges for their own sake. We say plainly what the platform does — and what it doesn’t.
